How Does CoolTone Work? 

CoolTone works by delivering controlled magnetic energy to targeted muscles, causing them to contract repeatedly and intensely—nearly 25,000 times in a single 30-minute session. These rapid contractions stimulate muscle fibers, strengthening and toning them.  

During the treatment, you simply relax while our CoolTone technician, Melanie, places applicators over the targeted area with assistance from one of our nurse practitioners. Meanwhile, you’ll achieve results in a shorter amount of time than can be achieved during a gym workout, within the comfort of our elegant med spa. 

What Does a CoolTone Treatment Feel Like? 

You’ll feel rhythmic muscle contractions, but most people describe the sensation as tolerable and even energizing. As the muscles contract, you may feel tightening or pulsing sensations, which gradually increase in intensity as your body adjusts.

What Should You Expect After CoolTone? 

After treatment, you can return to normal activities immediately. It’s common to experience mild muscle soreness, similar to what you might feel after a vigorous workout. This usually resolves within a few days.

How Many CoolTone Sessions Will I Need?
